أكبر كارثة بعد سرقة ألأموال:
يا عالم : كل شيئ قد يكون بآلقوة و المال إلّا تحقيق ألسّعادة و
الأمن و السلام وسط عائلة أو مجتمع ما أو حتى داخل الأنسان نفسه .. حيث يتمّ
بآلعلم و آلأخلاق معاً, و بما أنّهما مفقودتان بين جميع آلمُتحاصصين؛ فآلنتيجة
معروفة و كما كانت و قد شهدتموها .. ولا أدري إلى متى سنبقى نسبق و نؤشر لتلك
الكوارث آملين منهم في كلّ مرة دركها و درئها قبل وقوعها .. و إذا بآلكوارث و
المصائب تزداد يوما بعد آخر بسبب الأميّة الفكريّة للمتحاصصين و إستخدام ألمكر
وآلقوة للنهب و آلتسلط, فلا يعلمون الطريق ولا يسمحون بهدايتهم!؟
بعد الكوارث العديدة و آلمتكررة لرئاسة الحكومة و كذا البرلمان و القضاء و النزاهة
وو كل مؤسسات و وزارت الدولة حتى وزارة الخارجية التي يسرق وزيرها المليارات من
موارد الأرضي العراقية التي إشتراها العراق في سيريلانكا و فيتنام و غيرها, إلى
جانب عرضناه لفساد و مواقف السيد المالكي و العبادي و الجعفري و النجيفي و الحكيم
و الحلبوسي و غيرهم؛ فقد وصل الوضع في العراق اليوم حالة يرثى لها حقّاً مع مستقبل
أسود يندر بآلفناء, على كل صعيد و المتحاصصون في نشوة و فرح لا يهمهم إن نجحت
الأنتخابات القادمة أو فشلت .. و هي فاشلة, فأرصدتهم تكفي لملأ بطونهم لقرون و
كأنهم أدركوا الجزاء الكونيّ بعد فساد التربية و التعليم بالعراق!
لأنّ فشل التعليم يعني فشل المهندس والطبيب وآلمختصّ وآلمعلم و آلرئيس و آلوزير في
أداء دوره .. و بآلتالي دمار المجتمع برمّته.
لقد وردتنا تقاريرَ تُشيرُ إلى أنَّ المنظمة العالمية ستوقِفُ الإعترافَ بخرِّيجي
كلياتِ الطبِّ في العراق عام 2023؛ أو إنَّ سَحْب الإعتراف بالجامعات العراقية
سيدخلُ حيّزَ التنفيذ في عام 2024م و ذلك بسبب إفتتاح الكليات الأهلية للأقسام
الطبية و عدم الإلتزام بالشروط و المعايير الدولية في هذه الكليات.. و المُلفتُ
للنَّظرِ أنَّ قياداتٍ في وزارة التعليم مستمرَّةٌ بالتهديم بشكلٍ كبيرٍ و
مُمَنهَجٍ في موضوع إستحداث الأقسام الطبية .. و يُعَدُّ عدمُ الإعترافِ
المُتوقَّعُ حَسَّاسٌ و مؤثِّرٌ جدًّا لطلبة الطبِّ في العراق و لا سيما الذين ما
زالوا يدرسون في كلّيات الطب، و قد يحول سَحبُ الإعتراف إلى 2024 (و الذي كان
محدَّدًا في 2023 لكن تمَّ تأجيله إلى 2024 نتيجةً لوضع الكوفيد١٩).
نظَّمَت في 2010 مُنظَّمَةُ ECFMG وهي منظَّمة أمريكية تُنَظِّمُ الإعتراف
بالجامعات و امتحانات USMLE (إمتحانات المعادَلَة الأمريكية للطلاب
والأطباء خارج أمريكا) بعض الشروط للجامعات حول العالم لتنالَ الإعترافَ حتى يمكن
لطلبتها الدخول و التسجيل في امتحانات المعادلة الأمريكية وحدَّدت بداية سنة 2024
كآخِرِ موعدٍ لنَيلِ الإعتراف، و في حالة لم يحدث ذلك (و هو ما سيحدث للأسف في
العراق) فإنه سيُمنَعُ طلبةُ وخرِّيجو هذه الجامعات من الدخول إلى إمتحانات USMLE
… و تعمل ECFMG بالتعاون مع كندا وجنوب إفريقيا، و بالتالي
لن يمكنكَ التقديم على الماتش و التدريب في أمريكا وتضيع فرصة العمر!
المطلوب
من وزير التعليم العالي و بالتعاون مع وزارة الصحة تشكيل لجنة عالية المستوى
بعيدًا عن قيادات وزارة التعليم الفاشلة و أحزابهم الفاسدة للخروج من انتكاسة
التعليم في المجال الطبي و تدهور الشهادة العراقية و عدم رصانة التعليم لا سيما و
أنَّ مجموع الكليات و الأقسام الطبية في الجامعات الأهلية تجاوز ٢٨٩ في حين أنه لا
يتجاوز الـ ١٠٠ في الجامعات الحكومية!!

لا تؤخِذنا بما فَعَلَ السفهاءُ منَّا .. أللهم أرنا قوتك و عدلك فيهم, فقد قست
قلوبهم بسبب لقمة الحرام.

Biggest disaster after money

After the many and repeated disasters of the presidency of the
government, as well as parliament, judiciary, integrity, and all the
institutions and ministries of state, even the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
whose minister steals billions of Iraqi land resources that Iraq bought in Sri
Lanka, Vietnam and others, and what we have presented from the positions of Mr.
Al-Maliki, Al-Abadi, Jaafari, Al-Nujaifi, Al-Hakim, Al-Halbousi and others, the
situation in Iraq today has reached a truly deplorable situation with a dark
future that is rarely destroyed. On every level, the people in ecstasy and joy
don't care if the next election succeeds or fails. And she's a failure. It is
as if they realized the features of the universal punishment expected against
them and all the result of the corruption they have delivered to them, so that
even (the UN body) is thinking hard to take strict measures against the right
of education and knowledge in Iraq!
Because the failure of education means the failure of the engineer, the doctor,
every specialist and teacher in the performance of his role and mission. And
the destruction of society as a whole.
We have received reports that the world organization will stop recognizing
medical graduates in Iraq in 2023, or that the withdrawal of recognition of
Iraqi universities will come into effect in 2024 due to the opening of
community colleges for medical departments and non-compliance with international
requirements and standards in these colleges. It is remarkable that leaders in
the Ministry of Education continue to be very and systematically destroyed in
the issue of the development of medical departments. The expected lack of
recognition is very sensitive and influential for medical students in Iraq,
particularly those still studying in medical schools, and may turn the
withdrawal of recognition into 2024 (which was set in 2023 but was postponed to
2024 as a result of the placement of the Coved19).
Organized in 2010 eCFMG It is an American organization that organizes the
recognition of universities and USMLE examinations (American equation exams for students and
doctors outside America) some conditions for universities around the world to
get recognition so that their students can enter and register for the American
equation exams and set the beginning of 2024 as the deadline for recognition,
and if this does not happen (which unfortunately will happen in Iraq) it will
prevent students and graduates of these universities from taking the USMLE exams ... ECFMG works in collaboration with Canada
and South Africa, so you can't apply for match and training in America and miss
the opportunity to a lifetime!
The Minister of Higher Education, in cooperation with the Ministry
of Health, is required to form a high-level committee away from the leaders of
the failed Ministry of Education and their corrupt parties to get out of the
setback of education in the medical field and the deterioration of the Iraqi certificate
and the lack of sobriety of education, especially since the total of colleges
and medical departments in private universities exceeded 289 while it does not
exceed 100 in public universities!!
God don't take us for what the fools did to us. May God show us
your strength and justice to you in them, their hearts have been measured
because of the summit of haram.
